Death be unto me.

This week has been reasonably quiet, that was until today.
So as to not leave my readers postless for a week, today I write about the preparation and emotional impact of preparing for a road-trip / party. It will be a rather short post, as preparation was a simple two-step process. Those steps being spend your savings on an excessive amount of alcohol and prepare for the worst. In my case buying a 24 pack of Carlton Cold Beers and a small 2 shot bottle of absinth, obviously not for shots, just a quick single-swallow kickstarter for the night. By this point I've come to realise that next week I'll be needing to punish myself in order to burn off all the liquor I'm about to force into my body.
The second step and this is the big one is to be able to blend in with a bunch of university students that go to a completely different university than myself. Being a tall, large-framed bearded guy I think I'll be able to pull off being a student if I blend in with the other students 2 or 3 years older than myself. Thats if I'm even sober enough to speak he english language, because I know I can speak drunken gibberish rather well...
So far the drinking is yet to begin, but the beers have been halved 12 each with my friend and this bottle of absinth is sitting empty next to my computer, the sun is beginning to settle on the rolling hills ahead of me. It's time to crack open a cold one with the boys.
Until next time.
A word from the writer
Josh.
